We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thinks beyond screens and can help shape the end-to-end experience across iPILOT and the broader NUWAVE ecosystem.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Marketing, Developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable experiences across the NUWAVE website, Partner Portal, and the iPILOT platform.
• Translate complex workflows and business requirements into simple, usable, and elegant interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs, working closely with the design team to produce modern, cohesive layouts and screens.
• Improve existing experiences by identifying friction points through research, analytics, and user feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve NUWAVE’s design system to ensure consistency across products and teams.
• Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and usability in every deliverable.
• Present design work and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from first touch through ongoing platform use
UX Research & Strategy Responsibilities
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, usability gaps, and areas for
product differentiation.
• Develop experience maps and user journey maps to visualize the end-to-end customer
experience, highlighting pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
• Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and recommend improvements based on
established UX principles. Design and lead user interviews to gather qualitative insights from existing and potential users.
• Facilitate card sorting exercises to improve information architecture, navigation, and workflow
clarity.
• Define and improve information architecture to create intuitive, scalable product structures.
• Write user stories that clearly translate user needs into actionable design requirements.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Some on-call work (weekends/holidays) may be required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
•3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
•A strong portfolio that shows problem-solving, systems thinking, and product design at scale.
•Proficiency in design programs like Figma or Adobe.
•Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, portals, or SaaS platforms.
•Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
•Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across differing schools of thought, thoughtfully challenge ideas while maintaining professionalism, and foster collaborative decision-making. Leverages research-based evidence to inform design decisions and guide strategic direction
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience designing for platforms that combine hardware, software, and service.
•Familiarity with analytics and using data to inform design decisions.
•Experience in B2B, SaaS, or operational tools.
•Comfort working in fast-moving environments where ownership is high.
•Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
•Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Project Management Tools
